High-Intensity

In each Core Change class you will challenge your muscles to the point of failure. You will sweat and your muscles will tremble… but trust us, it’s worth it; this is where the change happens! Each Core Change class combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility training to give you the best total body workout.

Low-Impact

You don’t need to beat-up on your body to see results. Core Change is intense on the muscles, but it is low-impact and safe on the joints, spine, and connective tissue. You will achieve amazing results while still being kind to your body.

Intentional-Movement

Core Change classes are purposefully sequenced and combine the fundamentals of alignment, breath, and mindful movement to transform the way you look and feel. In each class you will be guided through slow and controlled resistance moves on a megaformer machine and experience a powerful mind-body connection. Come recharge with us.

On average, if you begin attending class 2-3 days a week, you will start to see and feel changes by the end of week two and you will notice a big difference in your overall strength after 30 days.

meet the MEGAFORMER

You’ll quickly develop a love/ hate relationship with the MEGAFORMER. The entire Core Change class is done on the Megaformer and while it may seem like a torture device at first, we know it will find a way into your heart… core… and legs.

The Classes

a new twist on GROUP FITNESS

There are only 10 megaformer machines in the Core Change studio, meaning each client will receive personalized attention and accountability from their coach throughout the class. Our team can easily modify or amplify the workout to fit the needs of each client. Our Core Change team wants to know you personally – what your strengths are, what drives you, and what your goals are. Within the Core Change community, we want you to find the support, motivation and encouragement you need to be your best self.

Core Change Full Body

This is our signature 45 minute, carefully crafted, high-energy class that will give you the most efficient and effective workout! You will work you muscles to the point of failure doing foundational moves of planks, squats, and lunges, which in turn will help you create long, lean, and strong muscles. Each move combined with the fundamentals of alignment, breath and mindful movement will transform the way you look and feel. You will sweat, your muscles will tremble and you will experience the Core Change difference. Give us three days a week and we will change your body.

Core Change Full Body – Child Friendly

New mommas, we know scheduling is tricky! And that your postpartum body needs to a low-impact, core-centric solution. Bring your little one along and join us for class.  We will have someone available to help you with childcare while you workout.  You will get the same intensity of our traditional full body class, but in a more laid-back, child-friendly atmosphere.

Privates

Want or need even more personalized attention? We offer private classes and can set the pace based on you – the workout can be customized or amplified based on your own unique needs and schedule. Private classes are available by appointment only.

For each class:

Wear comfortable workout clothes.
Bring a water bottle – we have water fountains.
Bottled water is available for purchase.
No cell phones during classes.
Sticky socks are required and available for purchase. No shoes or regular socks.
