A New Twist On Group Fitness.

At most, you will be in class with 12 other people (depending on the studio), meaning each client will receive personalized attention and accountability from their coach throughout the class. Our team can easily modify or amplify the workout to fit the needs of each client. Our Core Change team wants to know you personally – what your strengths are, what drives you, and what your goals are. Our coaches are here to challenge you and support you along the way! Within the Core Change community, we want you to find the motivation and encouragement you need to be your best self.

Core Change Full Body.

This is our signature 45 minute, carefully crafted, high-energy class that will give you the most efficient and effective workout! You will work you muscles to the point of failure doing foundational moves of planks, squats, and lunges, which in turn will help you create long, lean, and strong muscles. Each move combined with the fundamentals of alignment, breath and mindful movement will transform the way you look and feel. You will sweat, your muscles will tremble and you will experience the Core Change difference. Give us three days a week and we will change your body from the inside out!

Private Instruction

Want or need even more personalized attention? We offer private classes and can set the pace based on you – the workout can be customized or amplified based on your own unique needs and schedule. Private classes are available by appointment only.

For Each Class.

Wear comfortable workout clothes. Bring a water bottle – we have water fountains. Bottled water is available for purchase. No cell phones during classes. Sticky socks are required and available for purchase. No shoes or regular socks.
